Watuko Headgear Bamboo products will maintain their special qualities when washed in cold to warm water (up to 40 degrees Celsius) with a gentle detergent, free of bleach. You may want to use a gentle cycle for some garments. If necessary, bamboo fabrics can be dried in a clothes dryer on the cool setting. Our textiles have not been pre-shrunk prior to making our headwear products so warm dryer for 10 minutes then hung to dry is best to avoid over-shrinkage.

Curb Side Pick up 10 minutes South of Saskatoon off the Regina HWY.
Monday- Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We will email you when your order is ready for pick up with details of our location.  Currently 3-6 business days from placing your order.

What are your shipping rates?

We ship Monday-Friday with Canada Post from our Headquarters in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Canada Shipping Rates:

  • Orders received by 3 p.m. CST ship the same day. Orders received after 3 p.m. CST will ship the next business day. 

 

SUMMER SPECIAL: FREE SHIPPING

ON ORDERS OVER  $200.00

  • In Canada $3.95- 24.95 for Canada Post shipping (7-10 business days), depending on weight and measurements.

  • $18.50-Plus for Priority Mail Shipping (3-5 business days)

Do we provide International delivery?

Yes, additional shipping rates will apply to shipping outside of Canada.

  • Orders received by 3 p.m. CST ship the same day. Orders received after 3 p.m. CST will ship the next business day.  

  • To the USA $8.00- $Plus Canada Post shipping (7-10 business days), depending on weight and quantity.

  • $24.99 plus for Priority Mail Shipping (1-3 business days)

Please contact us for shipping costs prior to orders for deliveries outside the USA. Shipper may be liable for duties & fees upon delivery.

What is your returns policy?
​

Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of purchase. 

Please contact us at watukoheadgear01@gmail.com  regarding returns and describe the problem or issue with the product. Requests for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt or detailed order information.​ Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of date returned. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Please note: For hygiene and safety purposes, Face Masks are cannot be returned.

What if my item is damaged?

We will need the following information:

  • Your order number, name, and date of purchase.

  • A detailed description of the damage or defect

We do not handle damages or defects from retail locations. Please instead contact the retailer if not purchased online.​

How do I return an item?
​

Please contact us at watukoheadgear01@gmail.com  regarding returns and describe the problem or issue with the product. After we have responded to you with a return Authorization number, you may pack the item(s) in the original product packaging, or similar. Include a copy of the receipt/packing slip, or the following information:

  • Your name and billing address

  • The name of the person who placed the order

  • The original purchase price and approximate date of purchase

  • The reason for your return or exchange request

  • Other important details, if available

Ship your package to us at the address that we will provide you via email. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping method. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Shipping charges both to and from are non-refundable. Once we receive your package we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund based on the original price of the item  and in accordance with this policy.

ANY CUSTOM PRODUCTS are non-refundable.
